CANCELLATION POLICY

Your time is important to us, and we kindly ask that you respect ours in return. Deposits are strictly non-refundable, however they will remain as credit with no expiry. To avoid fees, please provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.

LATE CHANGES & FEES

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any appointment changes or cancellations. Fees apply for late changes as follows:

• 48+ Hours’ Notice — No fee

• Under 48 Hours’ Notice — $50 late fee

• Same-Day Cancellation — Deposit forfeited + $100 late fee

• No-Show — Deposit forfeited + $250 no-show fee

Appointments may be rescheduled up to five times. Further changes will result in cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the deposit.

INJECTABLE SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

Cosmetic injectables are unsuitable if you are:

• Under 18

• Pregnant, breastfeeding, or actively trying to conceive

FOR DERMAL FILLER AND PROFHILO, PLEASE ENSURE:

• No vaccinations within 2 weeks prior

• No dental work within 4 weeks prior

• No overseas travel within 2 weeks post-treatment

• No surgery within 6 weeks prior or planned within 4 weeks post-treatment

• No steroids or antibiotics within 2 weeks post-treatment

• No active infections or unstable autoimmune conditions

• No known hypersensitivity to ingredients or history of anaphylaxis to bees/wasps

• Not blind in one eye

If any contraindications apply, treatment will be declined and your deposit forfeited.

PAYMENT

Cash, 1.65% surcharge for contactless payments or 30c via Debit card. Afterpay is available for services over $500.

SCRIPTING FEE

Under NSW law, all S4 injectable treatments require a medication prescription before administration. Your script is $20 and is renewed every 6 months.
